The most iconic and infamous fighter of the commonwealth forces in World War 2, The Supermarine Spitfire has become synonymous with the Battle of Britain, and plenty of Canadians were at the stick of the deadly beauty.
Our decal features the number and Maple Leaf Insignia of Ace Captain John "Kentowski" Kent, of Winnipeg Manitoba. Wing Leader of the famous 303 Squadron, Kent scored 13 aerial victories and 3 probables.
"Angels One-Five" is a reference to enemy fighters coming in at 15,000 feet, and "Hell's Corner" was the nickname of the Cliffs of Kent where many Aerial Combats took place.
