This obscure maker mark was used in the 19th century through to the turn of the century and was replaced by the C-Broad Arrow. If you have a Dominion of Canada Issued North-West Rebellion Militia or early North West Mounted Police rifle or pistol, chances are, this is etched on (or was etched on) it.
A Rarer design not often seen, it is nevertheless, an awesome reminder of a time in the past when we were a 'Dominion'.
